Library Hours and Location

Hours: 10:00 am -5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Closed on holidays. Please check out material by 5:15 pm.
Location: 1819 L St. NW Suite 300, Washington, DC 20036. Nearest metro stations are Farragut North (red line) and Farragut West (blue or orange line).

Loan Policies

Registration

To register to borrow materials, please fill out a registration form and present two forms of identification (at lease one photo ID).

Borrowing

Up to five items may be borrowed at one time; books for two weeks, videotapes for one week period.

Returning

Please return items to the library circulation desk. From 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., M-F, items may be returned to the security desk at the entrance to 1819 L Street. Patrons are responsible for the prompt return of library materials, and for the replacement of lost or damaged items.

Renewing

Items can be renewed for one additional loan period, either in person or by phone.

Overdue Materials

Patrons with overdue items cannot check out additional materials; excessive overdues will result in the suspension or revocation of borrowing privileges.
